Everwell Psychology

Everwell Psychology is built on a deeply intentional foundation, one that reimagines wellness through a culturally informed and trauma aware lens. Rooted in inclusivity, compassion, and decolonization, the strategy challenges conventional mental health narratives while creating space for diverse voices, lived experiences, and healing practices.

The Approach

This project focused on translating a deeply nuanced and values-driven practice into a brand that could communicate with clarity and care. The challenge was not only visual, but strategic, ensuring the brand could hold the weight of its cultural, emotional, and clinical dimensions while remaining accessible and approachable.

I worked closely with the client to define how the practice should show up, shaping both the visual identity and communication framework to reflect trust, safety, and inclusivity. The result is a brand that feels grounded and intentional, supporting both the growth of the practice and the community it serves.

Everwell Psychology is a brand grounded in compassion, cultural connection, and clarity—designed to reimagine mental wellness through a trauma-informed and inclusive lens. The identity reflects a balance of professionalism and warmth, creating a space that feels safe, approachable, and deeply respectful of diverse healing journeys.

Working together, the focus extended beyond visuals to building a strategic foundation that could support both immediate connection and long-term growth. The result is a brand that not only resonates with the right audience but also positions the practice with confidence and credibility—allowing for expansion, stronger recognition, and a cohesive presence across every touchpoint. This work demonstrates the value of intentional branding: creating alignment, building trust, and establishing a foundation that evolves alongside the business.

The Everwell Psychology logo is a layered symbol of healing, connection, and inclusivity. Built from circular forms and flowing lines, it reflects the non-linear nature of personal growth—where healing evolves over time. Intersecting shapes represent the coming together of diverse identities, cultures, and practices, while the soft, organic movement evokes emotional fluidity and care. Subtle references to Indigenous forms, such as the Dene drum, ground the identity in cultural respect, resulting in a mark that feels both deeply meaningful and universally welcoming.

The Circle: A universal symbol of unity, wholeness, and cycles, the circle embodies inclusivity, continuity, and the enduring bond of mutual respect. The circle’s two lines, which separate and reconnect, reflect the non-linear journey of healing, a process that involves continuous growth and layers of personal progress.

Overlapping Circles: These intersecting forms highlight the interwoven nature of diverse healing practices, cultures, and identities, symbolizing shared values, mutual respect, and inclusivity. The overlaps signify connections that bridge individual experiences, creating a supportive and inclusive space.

Wave Patterns or Organic Flowing Lines: Flowing, wave-like shapes evoke calm, emotional fluidity, and continuous movement. Representing the natural ebb and flow of personal journeys, they reflect respect for each person’s unique healing process, suggesting that growth is often gradual and organic.

This form also subtly evokes the shape of a Dene drum, nodding to Indigenous cultures and their practices.

Layered Arch Shapes: Nested arches, one within another suggest depth, support, and the creation of safe, inclusive spaces. These layers signify the care and protection within supportive environments, embodying layers of respect and a sense of belonging.

Concentric Arcs or Semi-Circles: These shapes represent openness, listening, and the act of receiving. With each arc symbolizing a layer of collective support, they illustrate how healing involves both seeking and receiving help. The open arcs signify the courage to reach out, while the solid shapes embody the feeling of wholeness that emerges through this process.

Following the development of the brand, I continued to support its growth through the expansion of key touchpoints, including branded PowerPoint templates and supporting materials. Each piece was thoughtfully designed to maintain consistency across communications while strengthening clarity and professionalism. This ongoing support ensures the brand continues to feel cohesive, current, and aligned across both internal and external applications.

Testimonial

Dr. Danielle McPhail

FOUNDER

Reflecting on our experience working together brings up so much gratitude. When I first started building my website and shaping the vision for my practice, I had so many ideas but needed someone to bring clarity, cohesion, and strategy to everything. From the beginning, Adele was incredibly kind, approachable, thoughtful, and collaborative throughout the entire process. I always felt genuinely supported and understood.

Her approach gave me confidence in both my brand and the direction of my business. The final branding felt deeply aligned with who I am, the values of my practice, and the audience I wanted to connect with. Everything was elevated in a way that still felt authentic and grounded, which was incredibly important to me.

Beyond the final deliverables, what stood out most was the experience itself. Adele brought a calm, reassuring energy to the process that made what could have felt overwhelming instead feel exciting, meaningful, and inspiring.
