Through thoughtfully selected pieces and personalized design services, the brand supports both residential and commercial spaces, helping clients create environments that feel intentional and complete.

The Approach

This project focused on translating the in-store experience into a cohesive digital presence. With both retail and design services to support, the website needed to guide users clearly while maintaining the elevated feel of the brand.

I led the development of a custom e-commerce website, incorporating curated visuals, including original photography, and structured content to support both product discovery and service navigation. The result is a seamless and sophisticated online experience that strengthens the brand’s presence while supporting both retail and design offerings.

The e-commerce website for Charlotte Henry Home was developed through a collaborative and strategic process, ensuring the final experience reflects both the brand’s aesthetic and its business goals. Working closely with Charlotte, we created a clear and intuitive navigation through wireframing, designing a seamless user journey that supports both product discovery and service-based offerings.

To bring the brand to life online, I incorporated a collection of custom photography, much of which I personally captured, to create a cohesive and elevated visual experience that aligns seamlessly with her overall brand presence. Paired with SEO-focused content writing, the website communicates directly to her ideal clients, balancing storytelling with clarity to guide users through her offerings.

The e-commerce platform allows customers to shop effortlessly from the comfort of their home or office, with convenient options for in-store pickup or local delivery. A key component of the website was the integration of her commercial interior design services, positioning the brand as both a curated retail destination and a trusted partner for thoughtfully designed spaces.

In addition to the website, I continue to support Charlotte Henry Home through ongoing social media strategy and content creation. The majority of the imagery of the store and in-store product photography, as seen above, has been captured by me to ensure a cohesive and elevated visual presence. Combined with curated content and brand-aligned storytelling, this approach creates a consistent and recognizable identity across her platforms.

This strategy strengthens audience engagement while reinforcing her expertise in home decor and interior styling. Each piece of content is intentionally designed to connect with her ideal audience, build trust, and drive traffic back to her website.

Created during the depth of winter, the content responds to seasonal behaviour, positioning delivery as a seamless solution for clients who prefer to shop from the comfort of their home or office.
